Qualifications

• Experience managing creative production from scope to delivery within budget and schedule.
• Ability to coordinate shoots, crews, and vendor bids with strong logistical sense.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration across creative, brand, marketing, and legal.

Responsibilities

• Manage creative production from scope to budget to timeline to delivery.
• Schedule shoots, book crews, negotiate vendor bids, and manage production logistics.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (creative, brand, marketing, legal).
• Oversee on-set operations, talent, location management, and asset capture.
• Track deliverables, maintain budgets, and ensure on-time execution.
• Resolve production issues and elevate risks appropriately; edit, assemble, and finish video, audio, and motion assets.
• Perform color correction, sound mixing, stabilization, retiming, and finishing.
• Manage file organization, version control, and master deliverables.
• Collaborate with producers and editors to ensure quality and technical accuracy; prepare assets for multi-platform distribution.
