NexGen Land Solutions is hiring a Florida-licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to support our high-volume West Palm Beach operations. This production-focused role focuses on mortgage and boundary surveys for title agents and real estate attorneys, with remote-friendly options and a Florida-based requirement.

As the PLS, you will stamp and seal surveys, review deliverables, and coordinate with field crews and drafters to ensure accurate, timely closures while maintaining strict compliance

Qualifications

• Active Florida PLS license is required.
• Experience with mortgage survey volume and FAR/BAR standards.
• Ability to work under production pressure while ensuring compliance.
• Excellent client communication.

Responsibilities

• Stamp and seal mortgage, boundary, and topographic surveys for closing-driven clients.
• QA and review deliverables produced by drafters before delivery.
• Communicate with clients on turnaround timelines and scope questions.
• Oversee project flow from field data to final sealed document.
• Flag compliance issues and ensure Florida Chapter 472 compliance.
• Coordinate with field crews and drafters to resolve data gaps or discrepancies.
