Job summary

NexGen Land Solutions in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a Florida-licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to join a high-volume, production-focused operation. This full-time, remote-friendly role centers on mortgage and boundary surveys for title agents and real estate attorneys, with strict adherence to Florida standards.

You will stamp and seal surveys, QA deliverables, manage client timelines, and coordinate with field crews and drafters to ensure accurate, compliant final documents.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PLS license is required.
• Experience with mortgage survey volume and FAR/BAR standards.
• Ability to work under production pressure while maintaining compliance.
• Strong client communication skills.
• Florida residency or willingness to relocate; remote-friendly but Florida-based required.

Responsibilities

• Stamp and seal mortgage, boundary, and topographic surveys for closing-driven clients (title companies, real estate attorneys).
• QA and review survey deliverables produced by drafters before client delivery.
• Communicate with clients on turnaround timelines, scope questions, and deliverable issues.
• Oversee project flow from field data receipt through final sealed document.
• Flag compliance issues and ensure all work meets Florida Chapter 472 requirements.
• Coordinate with field crews and drafters to resolve data gaps or discrepancies efficiently.
