Professional Land Surveyor (PLS/PSM)

A well-established Land Surveying & Civil firm in South Florida is seeking a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS/PSM) to join their growing team in either the Boca Raton or Port St. Lucie office. This role offers long‑term stability, strong benefits, and the opportunity to work on diverse land development and infrastructure projects.

Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Prepare boundary surveys, easement sketches, utility as‑builts, and various survey types
• Review and interpret title documents, ALTA/NSPS items, easements, and land descriptions
• Conduct detailed research at municipal and state levels
• Operate AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and electronic surveying equipment
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high‑quality project delivery

Requirements

• Florida PLS or PSM License (REQUIRED)
• Minimum 5 years of surveying experience
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license & ability to work 40+ hours per week
• Proven reliability, strong work ethic, and team‑oriented mindset
