Protouch Staffing is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor/PSM to lead diverse surveying projects in Florida. The candidate will oversee research, field and office teams, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with surveying standards.

Responsibilities include scope management, preparation of surveys and legal descriptions, and sign-off of surveyed documents. Licensure as a Florida PLS/PSM is required, with a track record in residential and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper license.
• Experience across submerged land leases, platting, construction surveying and residential housing projects.
• Strong knowledge of boundary surveying, easements, rights-of-way, and land development procedures.
• Proficiency with surveying and drafting software, GPS/GNSS, total stations, and modern data collection methods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor field and office staff.

The ideal candidate will bring experience across a broad range of surveying projects, including submerged land leases, condominium documents, platting, construction layout, and residential housing developments. This role requires someone who can oversee projects from initial research through final deliverables while supporting field crews, mentoring staff, and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Prepare and review surveys, legal descriptions, sketches, plats, condominium survey documents, and related deliverables.
• Oversee surveying work associated with submerged land leases, waterfront properties, and riparian boundaries.
• Coordinate subdivision platting and residential development projects with clients, engineers, title professionals, and reviewing agencies.
• Direct construction layout and verification surveys for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
• Research deeds, recorded plats, easements, rights-of-way, and other documents to evaluate boundary and title matters.

Qualifications
