Bennett & Bloom Eye Centers in Louisville, KY is seeking a Patient Relations Specialist - Call Center to handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule patient appointments, capture messages, and connect patients with the right clinic resources while meeting KPI goals. Training is on-site for four weeks, then remote after that.

• One year of related experience or training (or equivalent).
• Proficient with basic computer skills and office software.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls for multiple clinics with standard greetings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and patient focus.
• Verify and capture patient demographics, insurance, and medical information.
• Schedule appointments using the electronic system per clinic protocols.
• Resolve patient questions and problems efficiently and promptly.
• Provide appointment details and clinic guidelines to patients.
• Initiate service recovery to improve patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to complete patient registrations and messaging.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
