The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in insurance or 7+ years in related sales/relationship roles, with an active license and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years industry experience; or 7+ years of sales, marketing or relationship management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required.
• Professional designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
