Job summary

Nations Dry Out is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and support our nationwide restoration projects. You will supervise Project Managers and subcontractors, coordinate emergency work orders across all 50 states, and ensure timely delivery while upholding SLA commitments.

The role demands a 24/7 operational mindset, rapid response times, and strong communication with clients. A bachelor's degree and at least five years in operations or project management are preferred; training

Qualifications

• Hands-on restoration field experience leading field teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of operations/project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in commercial or residential restoration and insurance claims.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely while coordinating nationwide projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound emergency restoration work orders nationwide.
• Assign work orders to Project Managers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate restoration projects across all 50 states.
• Ensure SLA compliance and client satisfaction.
• Develop job estimates, quotes, and proposals.
• Lead and support Project Managers and subcontracted teams.
• Maintain accurate job records and documentation.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery.
