Job summary

360 Fire & Flood, a national disaster restoration leader, seeks an Operations Manager in Florida to oversee daily operations, optimize resources, and ensure service excellence. You will guide Mitigation Project Managers and Technicians, develop SOPs, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in operations or continuous improvement, a strong safety mindset, and proven leadership. Travel to project sites may be required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Construction Management, or related field; experience can count toward education.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, business performance, or continuous improvement roles.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in workplace safety or safety leadership; restoration, mitigation, mold remediation, or industrial services experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience implementing enterprise-wide process improvements and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient execution of business processes and service delivery.
• Lead and develop Mitigation Project Managers and Technicians.
• Develop, document and implement SOPs, workflows and processes for the mitigation department, then measure and continuously improve them.
• Coordinate resources, scheduling, and workflow planning to meet operational and customer requirements.
• Manage operational budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and cost-control initiatives to achieve financial targets.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation within company systems.
• Ensure safety is embedded in all improvement efforts, including risk assessments and corrective action planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
