Job summary

LyondellBasell Industries is seeking an I&E Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to support the Bayport Polymers Plant in Pasadena, TX. You will develop and continuously improve asset maintenance strategies for Instrument, Electrical and Analyzer assets, collaborating with Process Engineering, Maintenance and Operations to maximize asset availability and lifecycle value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Nuclear Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience maintaining IEA assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve an IEA asset maintenance strategy.
• Lead or participate in RCA investigations.
• Ensure spare parts are available to reduce asset unavailability.
• Collaborate across site and with Technical Networks to improve life-cycle costs.
• Apply data analysis to solve recurring reliability issues and optimize safety and performance.
