Job summary

LyondellBasell is hiring an Instrument/Electrical Planner for the Deer Park site to plan and schedule I/E maintenance work, develop detailed job packages, and ensure safe, timely execution. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an instrument/electrical/analyzer maintenance technician in a petrochemical or refining environment.
• Attentive listening, good communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), organization skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SAP PM, including work order planning, task list development, BOM maintenance, and labor estimating.
• Demonstrated ability to develop detailed maintenance work packages from field scope through execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily work and create equipment task lists for areas of responsibility.
• Procure materials and services using Outline Agreements where applicable.
• Develop detailed maintenance work packages from scope to execution.
• Coordinate with Supervisors, Craft Supervision, Scheduler, and others to optimize plans.
• Participate in field job walks to validate scope and risks and improve estimate accuracy.
