Job summary

LyondellBasell Industries in Deer Park, TX is seeking a senior Reliability Engineer for Process Analyzer systems at the La Porte site. You will lead lifecycle management, troubleshoot, and improve reliability of analyzer hardware and software while ensuring compliance with engineering standards.

You will develop long-range plans for analyzers, oversee five-year project plans, coordinate with asset teams, and mentor junior engineers, supporting safe, reliable operations and equipment uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant engineering experience is required.
• Working knowledge of process analyzers, sample systems, instrumentation, or reliability in a chemical manufacturing or similar environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the long-range plan for analyzers.
• Oversee the five-year analyzer project plan and obsolescence needs.
• Design and optimize the preventive maintenance for analyzer systems.
