Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a North American Pursuit Specialist focused on government opportunities. This role supports the Enterprise Proposal Team by producing and coordinating pursuit materials, ensuring compliant, high-quality proposals that differentiate RSM in new business opportunities.

The position requires an associate degree or 2+ years in a related field, CRM experience, and strong MS Office and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Associate degree or 2+ years of experience in related field.
Experience with customer relationship management software.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn firm programs.
Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics and tables, speaker notes and handouts.
Strong grammar and proofreading skills.
Ability to respond positively to changing circumstances and drive improvement.
Provides relevant and timely performance feedback to others.

Responsibilities

Prepare pursuit documents leveraging existing text and graphics using multiple databases and resources.
Review pursuit deliverables to monitor brand and risk compliance and quality assurance standards.
Ensure materials use current statistics, graphics and language.
Monitor CRM to ensure proposal data is reflected accurately.
Maintain accuracy of records within the SharePoint request database.
Engage with teams and contribute to group discussions.
Support growth strategy by collaborating with ESS leaders and pursuit teams.
