Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a North American Pursuit Specialist to join the Enterprise Proposal team. You will produce, coordinate, and maintain proposal deliverables, develop consistent messaging for pre- and post-proposal materials, and support modular content creation as directed.

The role includes pursuit material development, quality control, training, and knowledge sharing for internal stakeholders, under the direction of more senior team members.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years of experience in related field.
• Experience with customer relationship management software.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; able to learn firm tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pursuit documents leveraging existing text and graphics.
• Review pursuit deliverables for brand and risk compliance and QA standards.
• Ensure pursuit documents use current statistics, graphics, and language.
• Monitor CRM to reflect accurate proposal data.
• Maintain SharePoint request database records.
