Job summary

Philips is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Image Guided Therapy in the Charlotte, NC area. You will install, troubleshoot, and service imaging equipment at customer sites while ensuring excellent customer relations and timely resolution of issues.

The role requires 2+ years in diagnostic imaging service or 4+ years in electromechanical industries, with IGT experience preferred; associate degree in electronics is required. A field role with significant travel and flexibility is described.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 4+ years in other electromechanical industries.
• Experience with Image Guided Therapy (IGT) equipment is highly preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and networking systems using appropriate tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage customer expectations and commitments.
• Perform administrative duties per Philips policy (timesheets, work orders, PMs, documentation).
• Travel roughly 70% across the specified geography; some overnight travel may be required.
