Job summary

Philips seeks a Field Service Engineer for Image Guided Therapy in the Charlotte, NC area. You will install, diagnose, repair, and maintain IGT equipment at customer sites while delivering excellent customer service.

You may travel up to 70% and handle service documentation, PMs, and related tasks in a regulated environment. An associate degree in electronics or related field is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in diagnostic imaging service or 4+ years in electromechanical industries.
• Experience with Image Guided Therapy (IGT) equipment highly preferred.
• Ability to install, diagnose, repair, and service complex equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Provide outstanding customer service, manage timesheets and service documentation.
• Travel up to ~70% with occasional overnight stays and air/train travel.
