• Graduation from High School or GED.
• Experience providing customer service and/or clerical work and/or office administration required.
• Experience responding to customer inquiries using various software and databases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers high volumes of calls for trial courts, Violations Bureau and Administrative Office of the Courts.
• Uses MEJIS, Enterprise Justice, and other databases to respond to public inquiries.
• Maintains records, performs data entry, docketing, and revenue processing.
• Prepares juror correspondence and coordinates with agencies as directed.
• Supports courtroom operations and remote proceedings as assigned.
