Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service and/or clerical experience preferred.
• Experience with court databases or software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer high volumes of calls and inquiries for the courts and Violations Bureau.
• Perform data entry, docketing, and records management using MEJIS and Enterprise Justice.
• Prepare juror correspondence and assist with court scheduling and clerical tasks.
