Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience
• Licensed Customs Broker Designation REQUIRED to be considered for remote role
• Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership fostering accountability and service excellence.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members responsible for regulatory guidance and data management.
• Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and balanced workloads.
• Facilitate team huddles, goal setting, performance discussions, and ongoing coaching.
• Participate in training initiatives with US Trainer to build continual skill development.
• Assist in hiring and departmental training planning.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
