Job summary

GHY in Buffalo, NY seeks a Client Care Manager to lead a team delivering timely, compliant client service. You will oversee regulatory guidance, training, and cross-department collaboration to ensure CARE values and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include client relationship management, issue escalation, SOP maintenance, and supporting onboarding with cross-functional teams. Five plus years of related experience and customs designations are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Licensed Customs Broker Designation REQUIRED to be considered for remote role.
• Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) Designation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team responsible for regulatory guidance, audit activities and data management.
• Manage schedules, team huddles, and training planning.
• Coordinate with CBP, freight forwarders, PGAs, clients and partners to resolve entry issues.
• Maintain SOPs and CARE model across client interactions.
• Plan MARP annual client visits and reporting.
• Support onboarding and cross-team collaboration for process improvements.
