Bernalillo County is seeking a Certified Peer Support Worker in Albuquerque, NM to provide recovery-supportive case management and advocacy. The CPSW will assist clients in achieving goals through individualized service plans and connections to community resources.

The position emphasizes respectful engagement, confidentiality, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a behavioral health setting. A valid NM Peer Support Certification is required at hire.

Formación

• Associate's degree in a related field required.
• Three (3) years of experience in a Behavioral Health environment.
• New Mexico Peer Support Certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain information from clients to assess level of severity of substance misuse and/or mental health problems.
• Provide case management services and assist clients in following through with programs.
• Assist clients in meeting goals established in the Individual Service Plan.

Conocimientos

Three years of experience in Behavior/

Strong interpersonal skills

Educación

Associate's degree in a related field

NM Certification as a Peer Support worker
