• Oversee programs and services: Career Counseling, Upward Mobility, Job Skill Shadowing, Career Development Workshops, Career Consultation, Mock Interviews, Resume Review and more.
• Be a subject matter expert on career development methods and strategies.
• Collaborate with divisions to identify career development opportunities and needs.
• Develop and implement career development strategies aligned with DOJ goals and flexible schedules.
