Huntington National Bank is seeking an SBA Business Loan Closing Coordinator, Sr to process government guaranteed business loans in preparation for closing within expected service levels.

The role involves obtaining collateral reports, preparing documentation, and ensuring closings comply with SBA/USDA regulations. Ideal candidates have SBA/USDA experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience with loan document systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of consumer/business loan doc prep, analysis, document review and/or quality review.

Responsibilities

• Obtain collateral reports and information to meet credit approval and government requirements.
• Work with SBA/USDA documentation and various collateral types.
• Prepare all documents to properly close and document government guaranteed loans.
• Ensure loans are closed, documented and disbursed per SBA/USDA regulations.
• Maintain awareness of applicable laws and policies affecting loan documentation.
• Monitor disbursements and contribute to post-closing quality control.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
