Job summary

CenTrak seeks an Agile Project Manager to lead hardware and software initiatives in a hybrid environment in Newtown, PA. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of software and hardware project management experience with Agile.
• Experience using Jira to track progress and productivity.
• Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership, accountable follow-through, results-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient MS Office (Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Excel) and Atlassian tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for hardware and software.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, hardware design, QA and operations.
• Manage risks, dependencies, RAID logs and budgets across workstreams.
• Drive interoperability between hardware and software components.
• Track status, milestones, KPIs and report to leadership.
• Promote Agile maturity and continuous improvement across teams.
• Coordinate vendors and external partners as needed.
