Job summary

CenTrak Inc. is seeking an Agile Project Manager to sustain our RTLS leadership in healthcare. You will report to the Director of the Enterprise PMO and lead hardware and software development across functions, applying Agile principles to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

The role requires collaboration, strong communication, and a commitment to process improvement in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work in the United States, with preference for Newtown, PA ET time zone.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of software/hardware project management with Agile principles.

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery for hardware and software initiatives using Agile methods.

We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.**Role Summary:**## We are seeking an Agile Project Manager to maintain CenTrak’s Real Time Location Systems (RTLS) market leadership in the healthcare space. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Program Management Office(EPMO), the Project Manager will lead and manage the new product development (NPD) hardware, software, and systems efforts across multiple functions for the healthcare market. The role is expected to communicate effectively across functions and at all levels within the organization. Additionally, the role is expected to establish, maintain, and use project/program management best practices and methods to ensure successful delivery, including the use of Agile principles for hardware and software. The ideal candidate is passionate about collaboration, communication clarity, purposeful process, execution excellence, and is an advocate for continuous improvement.**Location:*** Hybrid – United States, Newtown, PA or ET time zone preferred.**Responsibilities:*** Lead end‐to‐end project planning, execution, and delivery for both hardware and software initiatives using Agile methodologies (SAFe, BML).* Partner closely with engineering, product management, hardware design, QA, and operations to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.* Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent workstreams.
