CenTrak is seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead the development of hardware, software, and systems for the healthcare market. The role reports to the Director of the Enterprise Program Management Office and focuses on delivering through Agile practices across multiple functions.

The candidate will drive project planning, manage risks, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance, while fostering continuous improvement and collaboration across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field required.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Software and Hardware Project Management, including in depth knowledge and application of Agile principles.
• Utilize Agile tools such as Jira to track team progress and productivity.
• Ability to perform well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for hardware and software initiatives using Agile methodologies (SAFe, BML).
• Partner with engineering, product management, hardware design, QA, and operations to align scope and timelines.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and resources across multiple workstreams; actively manage RAID logs.
