Job summary

Acre Security is seeking an Agile Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of visitor management, access control, and intrusion products. You will coordinate across R&D, engineering, product management, supply chain, compliance, and partners, leading Agile practices and ensuring releases ship on time and to a high standard.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Agile PM, a CSM is preferred, PMP/SAFe/PMI-ACP an advantage, and you can lead distributed teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of post-graduate experience in Agile project management.
• CSM preferred; PMP, SAFe, or PMI-ACP is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating across R&D, engineering, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of products from requirements through release.
• Coordinate across departments and external partners to align schedules.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers early.
• Provide clear reporting and visibility to stakeholders.
