Job summary

CenTrak seeks an Agile Project Manager to maintain Real Time Location Systems leadership in healthcare. You will lead hardware, software, and systems efforts across functions, applying Agile and SAFe practices and driving continuous improvement.

The role reports to EPMO and requires collaboration across engineering, product management, and operations in a hybrid model in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years of Software and Hardware Project Management experience with Agile.
• Experience using Jira to track progress.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for hardware and software initiatives using Agile methodologies (SAFe, BML).
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, hardware design, QA and operations to align scope and timelines.
• Manage risks, dependencies and resources across multiple workstreams.
• Drive interoperability between hardware and software components.
• Track project status and KPIs to leadership and stakeholders.
• Promote Agile maturity and team empowerment.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and external partners.
• Manage project budget including capitalized costs and external spend.
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and quality standards.
