Job summary

William & Mary invites applications for adjunct faculty in Educational Policy, Planning, and Leadership (EPPL). The pool supports Fall 2026, Spring 2027, and Summer 2027 terms in master’s, Ed.D., and Ph.D. programs.

Applicants will be contacted if selected for interviews; transcripts are required before start date. Requirements include a terminal degree in education or related fields and college teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree or equivalent qualifications in education, higher education, education law, or education policy.
• College teaching experience in education or higher education preferred.
• Dissertation service as chair, co-chair, or committee member is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain frequent and open communication with WM faculty and staff via email or mail.
• Consult with WM faculty on course requirements for accreditation purposes.
• Fulfill all aspects of the designated course outline and review content prior to term start.
