Job summary

Connections Education LLC is seeking a Reading Interventionist to support student literacy achievement through targeted, evidence-based interventions delivered remotely from a home office. You will work with students, families, teachers, and administrators to accelerate reading growth and align with structured literacy practices and state standards.

The role includes MTSS data analysis, progress monitoring, collaboration across departments, and ongoing professional development in literacy

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Instructional I or II Teaching Certificate; Reading Specialist Certification required.
• Pennsylvania residency preferred.
• Minimum three years teaching experience; MTSS and virtual instruction experience preferred; and experience with reading interventions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 literacy interventions via individual and small-group virtual instruction.
• Analyze multiple data sources and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to support literacy outcomes.
• Support MTSS meetings, data review discussions, and intervention planning.
• Travel as needed for state testing and professional development events.
• Stay current on literacy research and Science of Reading initiatives.
