Job summary

Connections Education LLC is seeking a Reading Interventionist to support student literacy from a home office. You will deliver Tier 2/3 interventions, monitor progress, participate in MTSS, and collaborate with families, teachers, and administrators to raise literacy achievement.

You will implement structured literacy aligned to the Science of Reading and Pennsylvania standards, support schoolwide literacy goals, and maintain documentation and data for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Valid PA teaching certificate for reading instruction or equivalent.
• Certification in Reading Specialist required or in process.
• Experience with MTSS or literacy intervention programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 literacy interventions through individual and small-group virtual instruction.
• Analyze multiple data sources and participate in MTSS meetings and planning.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support literacy outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding goals and progress.
• Support with literacy assessments, progress monitoring, and professional development.
