Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Ohio teaching license, preferably Grades 6-8 ELA
• Experience with Ohio-approved reading intervention programs preferred
• Ability to analyze student data and provide reports to the governing Board

Responsibilities

• Analyze student data and provide quarterly reports to OCA's governing Board.
• Work with individual students or small groups via LiveLesson or phone aligned with Ohio's high dosage tutoring requirements for RIMPs.
• Support and implement state-approved intervention programs.
• Collaborate with other ELA teachers and OCA Interventionists in teaching and planning.
• Assist with virtual and in-person testing, including benchmark, dyslexia, and state testing.
