Project Kitty Hawk, Inc. is seeking a Re-Enrollment Specialist to re-engage non-enrolled adult learners across UNC System institutions. You will lead outbound outreach, conduct discovery, guide students through readmission paths, and coordinate handoffs to campus contacts.

This role requires a bachelor's degree and 1+ years in higher education admissions or equivalent experience. You will work with CRM Education Cloud, track metrics, and partner with Marketing, Operations, and Analytics teams to

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required.
1+ years in higher education admissions, advising, re-enrollment, or student recruitment, or equivalent experience in high-volume outbound outreach or customer success.
Familiarity with readmission or registrar processes is a plus.
Strong communication and listening skills; ability to build trust with returning students.

Mansioni

Execute high-volume outbound contact to stopped-out students.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand reasons for stopping out and goals.
Guide students through readmission pathways and initiate warm handoffs to campus contacts.
Maintain a CRM pipeline with accurate dispositions and next actions.
Monitor metrics and adjust campaigns to improve results.
Collaborate with REM and campus partners to resolve questions and smooth re-entry.
