Project Kitty Hawk, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Re-Enrollment Specialist to re-engage stopped-out students for UNC System readmission. You will manage high‑volume outreach, explore students’ goals, and guide them through pathways to re‑entry, coordinating with campuses and program staff.

We value strong communication, familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Education Cloud), and knowledge of FERPA. This full‑time role offers robust benefits and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume outbound outreach or customer success.
• Strong discovery and listening skills with students.
• Ability to apply different policies across multiple institutions.
• Attention to documentation and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound contact (call, text, email) to stopped-out students.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand reasons, goals and barriers.
• Guide students through readmission steps and initiate warm handoffs.
• Maintain a CRM pipeline with accurate dispositions and next actions.
• Monitor metrics and adjust outreach to improve results.
• Collaborate with campus contacts, REM, registrar and admissions teams.
