Project Kitty Hawk is seeking a proactive admissions outreach coordinator to reconnect with adult learners and guide them toward readmission at UNC System institutions. The role focuses on building relationships, understanding student needs, and guiding them back into degree programs.

You will conduct high-volume outreach via calls, texts, and emails, manage CRM pipelines, and coordinate handoffs to campus partners while upholding FERPA guidelines and strong listening skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years in admissions or outreach.
• Experience with CRM systems and FERPA knowledge.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
