Job summary

Project Kitty Hawk is hiring a Re-Enrollment Manager to lead outbound re-enrollment initiatives in partnership with UNC System universities. You will define strategy, manage a four-person team, and partner with Marketing for campaigns while ensuring FERPA and data integrity compliance.

The role emphasizes data-driven prioritization, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to re-engage stop-out students and guide them back toward enrollment across partner institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in higher education admissions, enrollment management, re-enrollment, or related field.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing individual contributors.
• Experience serving adult learners and stop-out populations preferred.
• Familiarity with multiple institutions or a multi-client environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the re-enrollment team with staffing and performance planning.
• Design and execute outbound engagement strategy and channel mix.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, Operations, and CRM for campaigns and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with FERPA, TCPA, and data security standards.
