Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver virtual nutrition care for perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will set your own schedule while collaborating with a multi-specialty team to provide cohesive, patient-centered care that improves outcomes.

Role offers flexibility to work remotely across the United States, with onboarding support and documentation tools to streamline charting.

Qualifications

• National RD certification (CDR) with a license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative communication for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide nutrition care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to drive sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and bone health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold privacy/compliance standards.
