Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate virtual care for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause transitions. By joining Pomelo, you will have the autonomy to set your own schedule while being part of our multi-specialty care model.

As a remote contractor, you will conduct synchronous video visits, document in EMR, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive outcomes in metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.

Competenze

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD/Nutritionist (CDR) with a license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Strong clinical independence and exceptional communication with a collaborative mindset.

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program format to facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes.
