Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice delivering care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. We are expanding our network of registered dietitians to provide expert virtual nutrition care for midlife and menopausal transitions nationwide.

You will conduct video visits, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and guide patients through multi-week programs focused on metabolic health, bone and gut health, and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• National RD or RD/NDR license (CDR) to practice in any US state.
• Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms, EMR, and video conferencing.
• Strong clinical independence and collaboration with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutrition care.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Partner with patients over multi-week programs to drive lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focused on metabolic health and bone health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for visits.
