Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice delivering care for pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause through a multidisciplinary team. We are expanding our network of registered dietitians to provide expert nutrition therapy via telehealth, with flexible scheduling and autonomy over hours.

Qualifications

• National RD/RDN certification with licensure in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Ability to commit at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR systems.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative communication for multidisciplinary care.

Responsabilités

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutrition care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to create cohesive care plans.
• Guide patients through multi-week programs to support lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and bone/gut health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to privacy/compliance standards.
