Job summary

Pomelo Care is seeking Registered Dietitians to provide virtual nutrition care for midlife and menopausal patients. You will conduct video visits, collaborate with a medical provider and therapist, and guide patients through multi-week programs from your own schedule.

This 1099 contractor role offers flexible hours, competitive pay of $60 per active visit hour plus bonuses, onboarding bonus of $250, and AI-assisted charting.

Qualifications

• National RD/RDN certification with a US-state license.
• Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Ability to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to facilitate lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for visits conducted through the Pomelo platform.
