Job summary

Daymark Health Inc. is seeking a capable operator to build and lead Revenue Cycle Management, owning end-to-end RCM including billing, vendor management, and risk adjustment. You will partner across Clinical Operations, Finance, Product, and Data to implement AI-enabled RCM solutions.

The role is fully remote, with work hours aligned to Eastern or Central time zones; visa sponsorship is not available. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $135,000 annually depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Direct experience managing a third-party billing vendor and a claims/clearinghouse platform.
• Experience with HCC coding, risk adjustment, and chart review workflows.
• Familiarity with AI applications in RCM and applying them to workflows.
• Experience at a startup or high-growth healthcare company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RCM across all payer types, prioritizing Original Medicare.
• Establish patient billing workflows ensuring patient experience and collection integrity.
• Manage third-party billing vendor relationships, performance, and contracts.
• Own claims and clearinghouse platform, including submissions and denials.
• Establish and track RCM KPIs: clean claim rate, days in AR, net collection rate.
• Collaborate with Finance on revenue recognition, cash flow, and month-end close.
• Credentialing support: enrollment workflows, CAQH, payer applications.
• Explore AI-enabled tools to improve throughput and accuracy in RCM.
