Qualifications

• Strong CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS knowledge and claims submission workflows.
• Proficiency with billing platforms, clearinghouses, and EHR/PMS systems.
• Experience leading QA teams and coaching staff.
• Ability to analyze data and report trends to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise charge posting and claims readiness teams (onshore and offshore).
• Review and audit claims submissions for accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct QA audits and track error trends with monthly summaries.
• Create dashboards using PowerBI for site-specific QA metrics.
• Train teams on billing protocols and HIPAA regulations.
