Job summary

Zaya Care is seeking an RCM Lead to guide a 5-7 person revenue cycle team across claims, denials, and payer follow-up. You will own claims operations performance and drive KPI improvements across the end-to-end cycle.

As an early member in a fast-growing startup, you’ll build SOPs, lead US and VA/BPO teammates, and partner with Insurance Ops leadership on hiring and scaling. Remote options available as part of a flexible work approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supervising others in a healthcare organization.
• Strong leadership to align on goals and develop team members.
• Deep understanding of claims KPIs and levers to improve performance.
• Ability to identify pain points in claims and develop data-driven solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
• Collaborative by nature, works well across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own claims operations performance and drive results against KPIs.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve KPIs you oversee.
• Perform root cause analysis on claims data to identify denials or delays and propose solutions.
• Lead, develop, and performance-manage your team including US and VA/BPO members.
• Build and maintain SOPs to support consistent, compliant claims handling.
