LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Remote RCM Coordinator focused on Denials to join a national team. The role handles accurate medical billing, collaborates with office staff and leadership, and contributes to timely revenue cycle management in a fully remote setting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of medical billing experience, strong Excel/Office skills, and a commitment to accuracy and inclusivity. Compensation is $20.00–$24.00 per hour with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of medical facility or medical office billing experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Knowledge of full revenue cycle processes with insurance, Medicare and Medicaid.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrates inclusivity and humility with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in a professional demeanor with insurance plans, clinics, patients, and team members.
• Maintain current information on correct and lawful billing practices for payers.
• Participate in daily RCM processes ensuring timely completion of duties.
• Maintain up-to-date RCM information with National SOPs, processes, and policies.
• Support leadership with daily, weekly, monthly reporting needs.
• Maintain productivity goals while meeting quality standards.
