Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a remote Home Infusion Billing Specialist to collect on claims, reduce denial rates, and improve revenue cycle performance. You will review balances with payors and patients, using payer portals to drive timely collections.

This full-time remote role requires 2–5 years in home infusion billing, a high school diploma, and experience with medical billing and collections.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years home infusion billing and/or collections experience.
• High School Diploma; medical/pharmacy billing training preferred.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
• Post-billing and post-payment investigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review claims with outstanding balances and identify actions to collect revenues.
• Follow up with insurers and patients to collect balances.
• Review EOBs, RAs, and denials; take corrective actions and close claims.
• Identify payor requirements for appeals and submit documents per payor rules.
• Communicate with franchise partners and other departments on collections status.
• Document activity in the system and schedule follow-ups.
