Qualifications

• Document baseline RCM performance and gaps vs catalog.
• Collaborate with implementation team to adapt plans.
• Daily client liaison and progress updates.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day revenue cycle client relationship from discovery to renewal.
• Translate client RCM complexity into actionable plans.
• Coordinate with Implementation PMs to align milestones.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client stakeholders and internal teams.
