Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical billing client service role, preferably in Emergency Departments.
• Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding.
• Ability to interpret RCM data and communicate insights to clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between clients and Zotec.
• Review and analyze RCM metrics.
• Conduct client meetings to discuss RCM performance.
