Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned insurance AR and resolve payer balances.
• Investigate denials, submit appeals, and track outcomes.
• Collaborate with coding, precertification, and denial teams.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and productive metrics.
• Communicate with payers, patients, and internal staff.
