Job summary

BK Behavior in the United States offers flexible ABA roles for RBTs, with at-home or in-person options across service states. Our two-month paid training and ongoing CEUs support growth while you build a compliant caseload.

You’ll provide one-on-one ABA services, record data on devices, and collaborate with a clinical team. High school diploma required; RBT certification required before working; positions start part-time with potential for expansion.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or pursuing certification.
• Experience with ABA therapy and data collection preferred.
• Willingness to provide in-home services or remote sessions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
